About The Role

Ideally, you will be an experienced Financial Controller, a Qualified Accountant with strong financial management and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. The role will work closely with the CFO, gathering financial data for analysis, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, and forecasting costs and revenues. The role will involve leveraging both financial expertise and CRM capabilities to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Background and Experience

  • Previous experience working in a similar environment using DRIVE or a similar practise management system is a must.
  • A strong background in finance with experience in a multinational organisation.
  • Experience in influencing and building relationships with senior stakeholders to allow meaningful and effective collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to tackle complex financial issues and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with M&A would be advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Be actively involved with the annual budget preparation process.
  • Analyse and explain overhead spend and variances against budget.
  • Preparation of cash flow statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Monitoring and analysing financial data including revenue and expenses.
  • Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Preparation of the reporting pack for the senior executives
  • Implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and company policy.
