Ossie Houghton

Ossie oversees our Corporate Governance and Compliance department.

Ossie has 18 years’ experience as a Chartered Company Secretary. He has advised on all aspects of company law, corporate governance requirements and company secretarial practice including group re-organisations, share capital structures, dissolution of solvent companies, share registrations and governance reviews.

Ossie has worked with clients across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, engineering, food production, hospitality, construction, property management, retail, transport and financial services. Most notably, he has worked in-house as European Company Secretary for an equipment financing and aircraft leasing company.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Ossie was Director and Head of Company Secretarial Services at an international audit, tax and advisory firm in Dublin.
