Rory O’Shea

A Partner in the tax department, Rory has extensive experience in providing tax advisory services to the firm’s domestic and international clients. This includes offering commercially-focused taxation advice in relation to existing shareholders, corporate group reorganisations, debt restructuring, incentivising employees and succession planning.

Rory also advises companies in regards to the Employment Incentive and Investment Scheme (EIIS), which includes structuring the investment, exiting the EIIS investors and evaluating the implications that arise on the raising of EIIS.

Having been involved in a wide range of tax consultancy projects, Rory has significant expertise in advising our clients across all tax heads. He also has considerable knowledge of Company Law, bringing added value to our taxation advice.

Rory is a member of the Irish Tax Institute (CTA) and holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick.
