Azets are seeking an experienced individual with exemplary organisation and administration skills to work as an office administrator in our Dublin city centre location. Working as a key member of the Operations Team, the successful candidate will provide administration support and assist with reception services in a fast-growing accountancy and advisory firm.

As part of your role, you will schedule and manage diaries and appointments, organise team meetings, provide general administration services to the team and handle general enquiries via telephone, email and face to face. You will have experience working with Outlook calendars/email inboxes on behalf of others and also have the ability to prepare presentations using PowerPoint. In addition, you will help to cover reception when needed and manage a suite of meeting rooms.

For this role, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will be able to prioritise a busy workload and will have excellent time management skills. Strong PC skills (experience on MS Office packages) are essential.
