Greg Hogan

Greg heads our Corporate Finance Advisory business and has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of corporate finance, strategy & operations and private equity. He works closely with ambitious management teams and entrepreneurs, family owned businesses and mid-market companies to support their funding, growth and exit strategies. He specialises in Strategic Planning, Investment Appraisal, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) – Buy side & Sell side transactions and Debt & Equity Fundraising.

Greg joined from Renatus Capital Partners, a Private Equity fund focused on growing Irish and UK mid-market businesses. Prior to that, he spent five years as Commercial Director in an Irish SME, developing the business internationally and sixteen years in Corporate Finance Advisory, in top tier accountancy firms.

Drawing on his significant commercial, operational and strategic expertise, Greg has a proven track record of sourcing, advising and successfully completing transactions across a broad range of industries including TMT, life sciences & healthcare, tourism & leisure, construction and business services. He is also very familiar with the venture capital and private equity funding markets in Ireland.

Greg is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds an MBA from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business (UCD). He is also a member of the Institute of Management Consultants.
