Jack Swinburne

Jack is a partner in our corporate finance team at Azets.

He has over ten years financial services experience in corporate finance, financial advisory and banking sectors. In his role with Azets, Jack oversees the execution of transaction assignments with a particular specialisation in financial due diligence as well as valuations, fundraising and M&A.

Skills & Experience

Jack leads domestic and cross-border financial due diligence assignments on behalf of private equity investors as well as strategic trade buyers. He has overseen due diligence projects across a broad spectrum of industries including software, technology, nursing homes, pharma, supply chain, manufacturing and distilleries.

In addition, Jack has extensive experience advising and working with Irish SME’s with their corporate finance (valuations, fundraising, M&A) and strategic advisory requirements. He is passionate about assisting business leaders and entrepreneurs in their business journey – whether it is securing growth capital, making acquisitions or looking to exit the business.

Qualifications

• Member of the Association of Chartered Accountants Ireland (ACA).
• Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA), Licentiate in Banking (LIB) and European Financial Adviser (EFA) with the Institute of Bankers, Ireland.
• Jack holds a Master of Accounting (M. Acc) from NUI, Galway and Bachelor of Commerce (B. Comm) from UCD.
